Booking Terms and Conditions

1 - Booking: You will receive a rental agreement to confirm your booking. A deposit of 30% is payable by bank transfer. Less than 30 days before the start of your stay, the full amount is required. A security deposit cheque for €700 (not cashed) must be sent to us by post at the time of booking. It will be returned to you during the final inspection or, failing that, by post within 8 days.

You also have the option of paying a security deposit of €800 in cash, handed over in person to the caretaker on the day of your arrival. The holiday rental agreement is concluded solely in the name of the signatory tenant. The transfer of the tenancy, or total or partial subletting – even free of charge – is strictly prohibited.

2 - In the event of cancellation: 40 days before your arrival: the deposit will be refunded in full. Less than 40 days before your arrival, the deposit will be retained in full. The balance for your stay must be paid 30 days before your stay. In the event of failure to make this payment, the deposit will be retained and the property re-let.

3 - In the event of a no-show: The full payment will be retained as a cancellation fee.

4 - Early departure will not entitle you to any partial refund; the full cost of any stay that has commenced is due.

5 - Check-in is from 4.00 pm and check-out is by 11.00 am.

6 - A maximum of 2 people is permitted per studio.
